The only way to use it from that point is to continue the story and in that way if I depart from the Citadel I can go through the assignements on other planets but some of them need to be completed on the Citadel to which I can't return from this point. However, I'm afraid I can't get these achievements on this playthrough as at the point that i've saved my ship is being held and I can't use it.
